| Description | This entry represents a group of archaeal decarboxylating dehydrogenases which include the leucine biosynthesis enzyme 3-isopropylmalate dehydrogenase (LeuB, LEU3) and the methanogenic cofactor CoB biosynthesis enzyme isohomocitrate dehydrogenase (AksF). Both of these have been characterised in Methanococcus janaschii [ ].
