Description:	In this experiment we have compared gene expression in wild-type Arabidopsis COL-ecotype and a T-DNA insertion mutant bio4-1 that has an altered biotin synthesis. The bio4-1 plants were either grown normally or watered with 200 ÂµM biotin solution.
