Bio-Analytic Resource Venn Selector Tool

This program will spit out the list of sequences NOT common to the main set of the sequences and the set which you are selecting. This is good for generating a list of sequences from a list of all sequence IDs plus a list of sequences which have been, say, examined to generate a final list (plus annotation) of those sequence which have NOT been examined. Note that the AGI IDs can be lower or upper case (i.e. the matching is case-insensitive). Lists do not need to be AGI numbers, however.
  1. Paste the main list of gene IDs in the box on the left. May contain duplicates, these will be ignored.
  2. Paste the genes which should not be output on the right (i.e. those already patented)
  3. Append annotation to output? The Venn Selector will automatically append the annotation to the Gene IDs. ?
  4. Submit...
Main list (Gene IDs, one per line)
sequences to subtract from this list (one per line)
