Sample Angler is a tool for computing and visualizing correlations between gene expression levels across multiple experiments. You can upload the results of your own microarray experiment and see how it compares with the hundreds of annotated reference experiments in our data sets (based on AtGenExpress). If you want to compare your microarray experiment results with only a subset of experiments, use the checkboxes to select the experiments you are interested in.

Optional. Display the 10 25 50 100 best/worst scoring genes, based on how they contribute to the overall correlation between your bait experiment and the best match from our database.
Optional. The highest the r-value can be is 1, and that means that two vectors are a perfect match. Zero is no match, and -1 is a perfect anti-correlation, i.e. the expression response is exactly opposite to that of your experiment of interest. The default value is 0.75. Higher values will result in smaller output files and potentially more meaningful results.
