Classification SuperViewer Tool w/ Bootstrap

This program attaches a bar-code of functional classification to a list of Arabidopsis AGI numbers, so that you can get a complete overview on one webpage. Also, this overview may be easily copied/downloaded to Word or Excel. You must be using Internet Explorer v. 5.0 or greater or Firefox for this to work. Formatting will also be mostly retained if copying from Safari into Excel or Word. The Opera browser does not support copying HTML into the clipboard, so you have to download the overview table as HTML file (right click on provided link) and open it with Word/Excel.
  1. Paste the list of AGI IDs into the box below (Ctrl V); don't worry if the contents wrap. Note that AGI format looks like this At5g12345. An example of the correct data format may be found here.
  2. Chose Classification Source:
  3. Show annotation? The SuperViewer will automatically append the annotation to the Gene IDs based on the TAIR dataset shown on the tools page
  4. IDs are separated by spaces, not lines
  5. Do not rank classification output (useful for cross-experiment comparisons)
  6. Show all classifications, even if score is zero (useful for cross-experiment comparisons)
  7. Specify a maximum value colour-scale, if you input values in the second column (if you leave blank the value will be deduced automatically)
  8. Take log2 of input values (i.e. you are inputting ratios) ?
  9. Use yellow-blue instead of red-green ?
  10. Submit...
