The Rice Interactions Viewer queries a database of 37472 predicted and 430 confirmed Rice interacting proteins. The predicted interactions (interologs) were generated by Dr. Chai-ling Ho of Universiti Putra Malaysia, Drs Matt Geisler and Jane Geisler-Lee at the Southern Illinois University.
