Title:	Expression analysis on low phosphate conditions

Description:	Low phosphate conditions induce massive changes in the root system architecture (RSA). Our aim was to find differences in the expression pattern of Pi starvation related genes under high and low phosphate conditions in the wild type versus starvation hypersensitive and insensitive (double-) mutants pdr2 and lpr1lpr2, respectively. For this, we used RNA from root tissue of 5 days old seedlings which were grown for 4 days on high phosphate medium and subsequently transferred to low phosphate medium for 20h.
