| Description: | The aim is to identify genes that are transcriptionally upregulated by Brg11 and related proteins. We use transgenic plants in which Brg11 and related proteins are induced by Estradiol. Thus we will have to compare a) Columbia without Estradiol application b) Columbia with Estradiol and c) Brg11 and related proteins under the control of the estradiol-inducible promoter. |
