| Description: | The aim of this experiment is to analyse gene expression in developing seeds of a mutant in bZIP67 (At3g44460). Homozygous T-DNA insertion line SALK_085497 (N666597) and wild type plants were grown on soil to maturity in a growth chamber set to: 16 h light (21oC, 150 µmol m-2 s-1) / 8 h dark (18oC). Total RNA was prepared from whole siliques containing developing seeds at stage 8 to 9. |
