Title:ERFVII and hypoxia

Description:The aim of this analysis is to compare plants with increased expression of At1g53910 and decreased expression of At1g53910 and At3g14230 in their response to hypoxia (1% O2). HA-tagged overexpressors of At1g53910 and knock-out lines obtained by overexpression of an artificial microRNA against At1g53910 and At3g14230 were used. Plants were treated for 90 mins under hypoxic or normoxic conditions and then the above-ground tissues were collected and rapidly frozen in liquid nitrogen. RNA was extracted using the RNeasy (Qiagen) extraction kit.Control wt are also used to test differentially regulated genes in plants overexpressing an HA tagged version of At5g21960.
