Title:	Chemical compound induced somatic embryogenesis in Arabidopsis

Description:	Dry seed of wild-type columbia were germinated in containers with liquid 0.5ms including 1ÂµM 2.4-D.After two days the seedlings were induced with 1ÂµM of 2,4-D incombination with 25ÂµM of the chemical compound. As a control we used seedlings incubated with DMSO.After 0.5hr induction the seedlings were harvested.RNA was extracted using the RNA isolation kit of invitek with an on-column DNAse treatment during the RNA isolation.
