| Description: | In this experiment, 2 knock out mutants in the CLV1 gene (clv1.12 and clv1.13) and WS-2 were grown under short day conditions (8h/16h) with 70% humidity and a temperature of 22°C in the night and 25°C during the day, until their floral stem reach 20cm. Then, the 5 first centimeters (from the lowest part) were harvested and flash frozen for further RNA extraction. |
