Description:Aim: The Xspecies-type cross-species hybridization with RNA samples extracted from cress seedsBackground and species/tissues: Lepidium sativum is a close relative of Arabidopsis. RNA is extracted from radicles and micropylar endosperm isolated from imbibed control and proteasome inhibitor (MG132) treated cress seeds.Literature: Linkies et al. PLANT CELL 21: 3803-3822 (2009)Other information: These arrays are part of the Alexander von Humboldt grant of Dr Krystyna Oracz and are sent to you by her from the lab of Gerhard Leubner (University of Freiburg, Germany, www.seedbiology.de). Neil Graham and/or Martin Broadley agreed to do the XSpecies post-hybridization masking as a collaborator of us.
