Title:	Transcript profiling of PPDK and PCK mutant seedlings

Description:	This experiment aims to assess effects on transcriptional profiles of knocking out genes encoding two enzymes of C4 photosynthesis, PPDK (At4g15530) and PCK (At4g37870), both individually and in combination in Arabidopsis seedlings. This is to be achieved using T-DNA insert lines N616158 and N532133 and a double mutant created by a cross between these two lines. Each will be compared to the wild type Col-0. Tissue has been collected from seedlings which have been grown in the dark at 24oC for two days after a 30 min light pulse. Three biological replicates have been used for both Col-0 and each line.
