Gene expression profiles of wild type Arabidopsis seedlings were monitored at early stages during the transition from dark to light growing conditions, including de-etiolation, cotyledon expansion and inhibition of hypocotyls elongation. Red or blue light was used as light source to investigate the effects of light quality on Arabidopsis seedling photomorphogenesis. |
